| Couldn't be happier! The German Car Shoppe has wonderful customer service - from the first phone call to the final check-out, this team is professional. Dave is so friendly and helpful - thank you! Took my Jetta in for the 80,000 tune up and it only took them the morning, speedy and efficient. After service I had a check engine light come on, immediately called them and was able to take it back in, they found the problem (defective spark plug) and resolved it within 15 minutes. It was a great experience and I appreciate their speedy service. |

| I called to see if they could do a pre-purchase inspection on a used Audi, and the experience couldn't have been easier. Since I'm in Broonfield and the car was in Englewood, they picked up the car at the dealer, did the inspection, and returned the vehicle back to the dealer without me leaving my home. The report was very insightful and they get my best rating! |

| First time customer---excellent service! I waited less than 5 minutes after I arrived for my scheduled appointment when they began working on my car. I had originally been quoted $120 for a diagnostic evaluation (had an errant air bag warning light). After some effective back and forth communication they solved the problem and only charged me $60 for the service. That type of honesty and integrity will ensure that I return in the future. Bravo! |

| I own Merc ML320. The car developed an electrical issue with the alternator and instrument panel failing. The shoppe traced the problem to a broken pin in a connector behind the instrument panel. The cost of the repair was very!! reasonable, a fraction of what a dealership would have charged. I bring my other Merc and BMW cars here for service as well. I find the shoppe to be very knowledgeable, professional and above all delivers great overall value. Highly recommend ! |
