| One of the best decisions I have ever made was to stop going to the dealer for service and go to the German Car Shoppe! They are not out to sell parts and service - their simple goal - or at least my impression - is that they want your car to run perfectly and for you to value their work. Said differently, they will give you repair options a Dealer wouldn't/couldn't consider. |

| Had my brakes and replacement of tpms module done on my e90. Repairs were done perfectly. Dealership quality at much better prices. These guys know their bimmers. |

| These guys do good honest work. I trust them to work on my VW and although they aren't cheap I don't worry about the work they do. The customer facing staff are very enjoyable to work with and don't mind explaining in detail the work that needs to be done. |

| My Mercedes Benz CLS550 had a problem with the suspension compressor motor that had failed. Also there was another problem where the vehicle transmission would not go into gear as it was stuck in the "Park" mode due to a rodent having chewed through the wiring harness. Ed and his certified Mercedes Benz technicians very quickly diagnosed and made the repairs within the same day that I brought the vehicle into shop. Plus the cost of the repairs were very reasonable. Since this was my first visit to use this company, Itook a chance on using them. Now they have a customer for the life of my MB, as well as for any other German cars I may own in the future..I am an extremely happy and satisfied customer. These guys at German Auto Shoppe are real professionals. I give them 10 Stars! |
